Each week opens a new module in Thinkific and closes with a live session. Every week you record a teach-back and get feedback before the next session; the capstone in week five is the gate.
The trainer's standard & the six domains
What delivering to standard means, adult-learning fundamentals, and the craft of facilitation, including hints-not-answers, the signature move you're scored on. The first live session maps the six domains and the two-band risk structure.
Teaching the Literacy Band
How to teach Foundations, Ethics, and Judgment and their paired risks, the conceptual distortions that show up even with rare use. You record a teach-back on one domain and get feedback before the next session.
Teaching the Fluency Band
How to teach Interaction, Evaluation, and Orchestration, the practice deformations that emerge with heavy use, plus running the lesson interactives live without letting them derail the room. Another recorded teach-back, with feedback, sharpens you before the capstone.
Measurement, toolkit & tailoring
The pre/post battery and how to administer it to fidelity, reading results without reducing anyone to a label, the full toolkit, and how to tailor delivery for clients, internal teams, and institutions without breaking fidelity.
Capstone certification & joining the network

A pre/post battery
Six domains, behaviorally anchored. A baseline before your first session, the post assessment in your final session, and a 90-day follow-up to see what actually stuck.
A fidelity standard
A checklist that specifies when you administer, the consent language you use, and what you may never alter. You pass a scenario-based check on it before you're certified.

Our healthy AI use measure is evidence-informed and in active validation. It is not a validated instrument, and certified trainers never describe it as one. You'll learn the exact claim language during the program — because one overclaim to a client damages every trainer's credibility, including yours.
